Michael Nahabedian heads operations at Naha. A restaurateur
whose talent and style has brought the likes of Green Dolphin
Street and Café Absinthe to the forefront of Chicago dining,
Michael oversees an establishment that is casual and carefree
with no pretense.
With his finger firmly on the pulse of Chicago's food scene,
Michael opened Café Absinthe in 1993 to rave reviews from
the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times and Chicago magazine,
and was honored with Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence."
In 1995, he introduced Green Dolphin Street, a fine dining
live jazz club concept, with equal success. |
